Young Moving & Storage was founded in Lynchburg, VA in 1947 by Frank A. Young Jr.
Mr. Young believed that moving household goods is a highly personal service deserving
of the utmost attention to planning, with attention to detail and precise execution.
Instilled with this belief, Young Moving & Storage provides our customers with personal
attention through every step of the relocation process.
The Young family has taken Mr. Young’s philosophy and passion for customer service,
and has extended it to all of our service offerings. As a result, Young Moving &
Storage has grown to provide not only household moving and storage services but
also corporate employee relocations and specialized transportation services for
